Versa 2 not recording sleep

Dear

Yesterday I received the Fitbit Versa 2 and I have installed it last night. It's my first smartwatch and so I'm just a beginner. However, this morning I wanted to check my sleep score and data and it showed me my data, but not a sleep score. It says 'Not enough quality sleep data was collected'. Which sounds strange to me as I slept longer then 3 hours, the battery is now half full, and it has collected data so it's not that the watch wasn't connected right. Also in the settings I have enabled show sleep data. The app is synchronised.

Could you help me on this, as I would like to start using the watch frequently and want to monitor my data 🙂 Thanks.

Kind regards,

Joyce

P.S. I can't seem to upload an image, when I clck on the image button here, there is no upload function, only 'Source' but with a text field.

Hi @jlanssens, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync the Fitbit app? When you say "Sleep Score", are you referring to: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app? or the Sleep Stages graph? (Which is the graph of the actual time you were asleep). If you would like to share an image into your post, please follow the steps that are specified here.

Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
