Versa 2 not recording to app since update

Since app update my versa 2 no longer sync via Bluetooth to Samsung phone or tablet, doesn't record sleep, or no if days exercise, will not receive messages or phone calls, nor on the app. Also fitbit records steps, app registering random calories

Hi @05nannypo  - it is clearly not syncing, (calories is only an estimation), try this process.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and for Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Tried most of this a few times and followed other advice still nothing

@05nannypo - try removing any Fitbit watch from phone's Bluetooth and repeat above process and then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
