Versa 2 not registering active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My active minutes have not been working for the past two days. I have already: 1) restarted it and 2) checked for updates, and I know that the activities I have done should have automatically been logged as active minutes. Anyone else having this issue and does anyone have any solution?

I got Versa 2 for Christmas, only had it for a couple of weeks. Stopped recording active minutes. Here is what I did, I restarted the device 2 times, still didn't work. Made sure I check marked as one of the items I wanted to see. Here is what worked for me, as of today so only going on day one. I did the factory reset. Then I unistalled the fitbit app. Reinstalled the app and added a new device, went through all the set up stages, and now I see active minutes recorded. What I didn't understand is that all of it was recorded except for the active minutes before, like steps, floors, heart rate, sleep and calories burned, so the contacts didn't need cleaning as one post had mentioned. Any way a factory reset did it for me for now, hopefully I won't have to do that again. Also I have the standard clock face, I didn't change it, just the color of the face.
