Versa 2 not responding and stuck on Fitbit logo screen

My watch is completely broken, unresponsive, and is stuck on the start screen with a grey fitbit logo. I think it's recording data while it's stuck on that screen, but it's been like this for a few days. I am unable to do anything with it.

Hi, try a restart of the watch with this procedure. How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

If it comes back to the same place of just logo, try syncing to see if it is responding with steps. If not try

 

  • Remove your Versa from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa  again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa .

Hello, 

I have tried all of that and now I can't add the Fitbit to the app, my Fitbit went completely dead over night, I tried to charge it but now nothing is happening! 😬😭
