Versa 2 not sending dictated messages

When replying with my versa 2, it will let me dictate a message, and the message shows up on my phone, it also shows that it sent. When I then go check my phone the message was never sent

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa 2 behavior and let's work on this together. If you've not done so, please give a try to the following steps:

1. Remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
   For iOS devices see this article.
   For Android devices see this article.
3. Within your phone's settings, make sure all the permissions related to notifications are on. The list may vary depending of the phone's model and OS but the only permissions that aren't related to notifications are camera and storage.
4. Reboot your phone and restart your Versa 2.

5. Open the Fitbit app, sync and make sure the notifications are enabled on the Fitbit app and on your watch.

6. Try receiving a notification to reply back with voice command.
