Versa 2 not sending texts to watch

I just purchased a Versa 2 and have it paired with my iPhone X, but it doesn’t display texts on the watch. I have checked the settings and both are correct and I have paired and unpaired with no success. How can I get the text messages to display on my Versa 2?

Hi @Yatesox , you cannot do this at this very moment cause there are problems with the notifications and/after the iOS13 update, due to Apple who changed the rules of handling these without notifying Fitbit about it. So Fitbit has to solve a problem caused by Apple itself. Nobody knows at this very moment how long that's going to take, but I do know that Fitbit is working very hard to solve this issue. I have the Versa and have the same issue. Even added a new Versa and still doesn’t work. My son and sister in law do not have this problem though. So strange why they can’t figure this out.
