I’ve had the bersa 2 on my wrist 3 days. Got Spo2 for 2 days now. Not getting the BR or HRV. I know skin temp takes 3 days of continuous wear hoping to see that in the next day or two.
Spoken via chats and email with support.
tried adding watch as new device again, soft close app, sign out, restart phone, etc. support has been in my account and looked at setting a well as lack of variables.
Very frustrated. Should I return for exchange, wait a few days and see if data starts showing up. I bought the premium and this watch for that data. I was fine with Inspire HR and basic app account. Any ideas??!

Disregard Post.
Turned in Versa 2 and bought Sense last night.
Got BR, & HRV last night. Expect Skin Temp after 3 nights.
