My versa 2 is not showing heart rate on the watch. Tried all possible options including factory reset. Any help?

HI @amibho - if you factory reset the watch and heart rate is switched on [or has been toggled] in the watch Settings then it is probably faulty, unless you have tattoos which are known to cause a problem. If the watch is not showing any flashing lights on the back it is almost certainly faulty.
