My versa 2 has stopped receiving notifications. It receives calls but nothing else. It says I need to restart my phone Huawei p20 mate pro. But that isn't helping.

@Angelaacg, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa 2 is experiencing, I'm afraid that the Huawei P20 Mate pro is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the notifications are not working properly.

 

I'd like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.

 

We appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

Hi!

I had the same problem.

Managed to solve it (at least for now) reinstalling Fitbit app.
