My versa two stopped tracking breathing rate in February. I have contacted customer support a number of times. They have tried a number of resolutions which failed. They escalated it to a higher level three weeks ago. I have not heard from the escalation team. This has been dragging on too long. What do you recommend that I do? it is still under warranty.

I've gotten breathing rate 4 times in past 90 days; I consider those bonus days.
