Versa 2 not showing calories or miles after going on a walk

Twice now I have used the walk activity option and have gone on a walk,when I get back my heart rates show but it’s not registering calories burnt,miles walked or steps that I have taken on the activity log. I have restarted my Fitbit twice,I’m up to date with updates and I’ve force closed the app many times. 
me here the data should be it just logs a dash? Can anyone help?
