I have a fitbit versa 2 and on my fitbit it says nan for hourly and undefined for steps I tried everything from starting the app over again but nothing works what should I do?

I have but they weren't able to help me they told me to reboot my fitbit and everything but still no luck with it still says that on my phone and I tried sinc it but nothing happening i don't know what to do? they said they would also email it to the other people. It still looks the same to me too.

I'm having the exact same issue, has anyone helped you correct it? I can not afford to upgrade at this time.
