Versa 2 not showing days steps on app

Just upgraded to the versa 2, was ok for a couple of days but not displaying yesterday’s steps on the day or week, however when you tap on the day although it still says zero the steps are evident on the bar graph but not transferring?

Are you saying today's steps are correct on the Versa 2 but not in the Fitbit app?

The Fitbit app will tell you when the Versa 2 last synced, has it recently synced?

Hi, it was yesterday’s, they were on the watch but are not on the phone app, thursdays and today’s are ok??
