I've had my new Versa2 for 3 days now. Ibpreviously had the Blaze. Since wearing the Versa2 all seems fine on the device. Everything including heart rate is being recorded.
On the app
* I can see the heart rate on the device and app dashboard being updated live
* but no heart rate graphs since I got the Versa2
* No sleep scores since Versa2
* Only basic sleep data as not enough heart rate info
I've done a reboots of Versa2 and phone, on/off Bluetooth, resyncs.
No graph data on Fitbit.com either.
Do I have a dud? Should I get it replaced?

I tried another reboot of the Versa2 and it seems to work now. However across the 3 days where it was not showing the graphs
Day 1 there is little HR data but no graph
Day 2 no HR data at all and no graph
Day 3 little HR data but no graph.
It's weird that I did several reboots and it didn't work but now after another reboot it now works......

By the way you changed the subject but it's now inaccurate. Please update it so that it accurately represents the problem.
* The Versa 2 watch WAS recording and showing the HR as expected.
* It is also showing the live HR in the app
However the HR WAS NOT showing as a graph on app
