Versa 2 not showing map in my runs

Hi. I’ve been waiting over a month for Fitbit Support to tell me they have fixed the issue with my Versa 2   not tracking my runs with a map. 
Their response has simply been that they are aware of the issue. 
I assume other Versa 2 users are having the same issue - are you? 
Mine used to work fine and have tried resetting etc etc

I was able to confirm you contacted support via chat, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

I have not had a satisfactory response about this matter yet.
Without the lap detail and map ny Fitbit App and Versa 2 are of little use to me
