Versa 2 not showing/ notifying texts (iPhone)

Hi all,

I bought my Versa 2 about 2 months ago. It does not receive text message notifications despite all notification settings being switched on. The Versa receives every other type of notification I have switched on- emails, Amazon, phone calls but not texts. Any ideas how I can fix it? All updates are complete. I can’t think what else to try.

I saw that when I first checked out the forums a few days ago to try and solve the issue. I’ve followed the steps but still no joy. I’ll try again though as it does say they are a bit tricky, perhaps I’ve missed something. Thanks!

@emma567639 It's likely the the iOS issue.  I purposely have avoided installing the new iOS update on my phone.  I hope Apple fixes this soon.  😞
