Versa 2 not showing on computer but app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am constantly having to reinstall my versa 2 device into the fitbit app using my android phone. If I stick to my android phone as the only access, it stays. As soon as I try to access the app using the Microsoft Store downloaded and installed app on my computers, the versa 2 is dropped from the list of devices while the Aria air remains. Access by phone shows it has been deleted there also and I must reinstall.

I like to view and access charts and coach on the computer. Can I prevent this from happening?

@aneedell Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. It's pretty weird that your Versa 2 is being removed from your Windows 10 app.

In this case, I would like you to make sure you're logging into the same account than your Android phone, this might be the reason why it's not showing on your computer but showing on your app. I've noticed that this might happen when you have similar email addresses.

Regarding your question about accessing Fitbit Coach on the computer, please visit the official page here

I find that if I access my Fitbit account only on 1) my android phone; and 2) via the Fitbit page using Google Chrome browser (not the Windows 10 Fitbit app) both the versa 2 and the aria scale remain logged as devices. It is only when I access my account using the windows app that the versa2 is dropped and I must add it back using the android phone. This is a useable workaround.

The next issue is access to Fitbit coach premium. I had been paying the separate coach monthly fee but understand that the Fitbit premium I signed up for with the versa 2 includes coach access. I was told to cancel my coach subscription. It runs out this week. Will I lose access to my year of coach data?
