I had a survey come up on my app as soon as I opened it, now sleep is showing no data!

Hi @Betc-2 - you probably need to clear the survey.
Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active Fitbit window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
This should clear the issue and get you syncing again, it may be necessary to sync a few times, and may take up to an hour before you get results.
