Versa 2 not showing sleep score

I got my versa 2 last week and i wore it to sleep everyday, but no sleep score can be shown, only show the the asleep/restless. It did show the score one day, but how can it be showing everyday? This is one of the reason for me buying the versa 2

Hi @sususanana, welcome to the community.

I would first suggest ensuring that your Versa 2 isn't too loose when you are sleeping. It requires a good heart rate signal to provide a sleep score and sleep stages (which I assume you are also not seeing?), otherwise you will just be presented with basic sleep tracking. If that doesn't work you could try wearing it a little higher up your wrist, sometimes it's easier to get a heart rate reading from there.

I have the same problem. Sleep details just stopped. I'm not wearing it differently. And I feel like people saying that everywhere is a total cop out.
