Versa 2 not showing stair climber floors

i just started using a stair climber. The versa shows step, HB and calories but no floors climbed. The LifeFitness machine shows 60 floors climber. Does the Versa 2 capture this? If so, how do I get it to show.

Hello @10mreasosns and welcome to the Help forums.  Your Versa 2, like all Fitbits that measure floors, has a relative altimeter in it.  It senses a change in barometric pressure as you go up flights of stairs or a hill.  Your Versa 2 doesn't capture those stair climber floors because you altitude doesn't change.  

I don't believe there is any way to add them.  Even if you could add them, they would not add to your daily or lifetime floors badges.
