Hi, to start, my Fitbit Versa 2 was updated earlier today and after speaking with their customer support was factory reset. All of my screens show two dashes where the heart rate, steps, or active zone numbers would be. I will try to post a picture. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I have the exact same problem if anyone has the solution? All stats are being logged and appear on my pc but not on my device screen....just the 2 dashes

I found the answer. Remove your Fitbit from the app and set it up as a new Versa 2. I got mine working again
