Versa 2 not showing steps on actual watch and battery dies insanely fast

Ever since I updated my watch the steps don’t show on my watch, they do show once I sync to the app. The battery at full charge only lasts 1 1/2 hours now too

Same here but I can't get mine to show at all. They were showing yesterday but I noticed my battery was going down extremely fast so I charged it before I went to bed and when I went to pick it up it needed an upgrade. I upgraded it and then after the upgrade I lost all of my info on the face of my watch.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve updated my app & I’ve restarted my watch & it’s still not fixing the issue. It’s getting really frustrating. Especially since I just purchased the watch less than a year ago. Yes, it’s an older version but I bought this version because I had the same one previously & fell & broke it so just wanted the same one & didn’t want any other features nor the additional price increase. Regardless, this should not be happening!!
