Versa 2 not showing the correct time

Hi, this morning my versa 2 completely ran out of battery. I charged it. But then when I put it back on it was 1 hour and 30 minutes behind in time. I synced it, I've deleted and re-installed the app, restarted the watch, restarted my phone, deleted the watch from the app then reconnected, turned off Bluetooth then turned back on, not sure what else to do. Also syncing for the last couple weeks has been poor. I feel like it's because of the recent update and Fitbit is making the older gen watches worse so people will go out and buy the new versions.

Hi there @Potatoman676, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 after the update. I understand how you must be feeling, thanks for your time and efforts in troubleshooting this issue prior to posting here.

As you may know, your Versa 2 may be showing an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been removed from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?. Have you also tried to manually change the time on your Versa 2? If you haven't done so yet, try following the steps provided here: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

My device is paired and synced as I said in my original post. My phone is on the list of compatible devices. I have also tried manually changing the time in the Fitbit app, and also on my phone. What happens is it changes in the app but my watch doesn't change. And yes I sync my watch after changing.

I am having precisely the same issue. Nothing seems to work to reset the time to the correct time.  Time is about 3 hours and some odd number of minutes off. This isn't a time zone issue.
