Versa 2 not showing wrist movements

My versa 2 has quit responding to the motion of my wrist and I am receiving no text. I have synced it, reinstalled it, checked everything I can think of.

Hold in side button a few seconds;  you probably have 'Screen Wake' turned off; check it in 'Settings';  if not, it could be in 'Sleep Mode', also in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
