I can’t figure out how to view my Zone Minutes on my Fitbit app or my watch. My active minutes are showing, but not specifically the Zone minutes. I’m not sure how to fix this, my app is updated and my Fitbit is brand new.

@MessyJessy11 The Versa 2 comes with active minutes. You have to wait a few days for a firmware update to get zone minutes.

Hello @MessyJessy11 and welcome to the Community. @MarkMM is correct. Your new Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Active zone minutes were added in a firmware update. Just be patient.
