Versa 2 not showing zone minutes

Hi. My new Versa 2 is displaying 0 for zone minutes. I certainly have warned zone minutes as I can see that my heart rate has been in the fat burn abs cardio zones for more than enough time, I have tried restarting the Fitbit,  updating it, logging in and out of the app and removing and re-adding the Fitbit. Any solutions? Thanks
