Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this and because your Versa 2 is brand new, can you please let me know why did you try our factory reset procedure? Can you please share which steps you tried to factory reset it? In the meantime I receive your answers, please check: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
