When I swipe down from the clock face to see Today's statistics, as soon as I click on the today icon, the screen goes right back to the clock. I just updated the app a little bit ago, and that is when this started. Suggestions? I have restarted my Versa 2 and my phone (Apple).

Since restarting your Versa 2 failed to fix the issue….Do you happen to have another clock face other then the one you got originally? If so try changing your clock face back to the original, sync your Versa 2 and see if that fixes the issue.

I was having same problem and followed all your steps and finally switching back to original clock face and syncing did the trick! Thank you so much!!!

Hi.
i have the same problem as cathannloft but changing back to the original clock face didn’t fix it.
neither did restarting it or leaving it on charge for ages.
do you know how else to fix it?

In the end i contacted amazon because that's where i bought it and they replaced it. Before i sent it back i factory reset it and that seemed to fix it.
So if you're desperate factory reset it and that will probably fix the problem
