Hi guys! Well my Versa 2 won't synch. I shut off my iPhone and I turned off my bluetooth. When clicking on the Vera 2 in bluetooth, it says, "Make sure Versa 2 is turned on and in range." Yes, it's turned on and in range! When in the fitbit app and I synch, it again says, "Looking" and after a bit it says, "Device not found" as I mentioned above. My other devices like my Beats headphones will connect with my bluetooth without any problems. I went ahead and upgraded my iOS to the most recent update today to 12.4.2. However, I was having this sync problem before the upgrade. Still having it after. All was well until 7pm EST. Did fitbit do something different to cause this problem? Are any of you guys having this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Thank you for your help! 🙂

Hi @campbek, good to see you in the community.
Have you tried restarting your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds? I would also recommend restarting your phone too. Once restarted make sure any other Bluetooth devices that might be in range are turned off (just until you have finished troubleshooting). I would also recommend checking out this help article (here) regarding syncing issues.
