Versa 2 not syncing and displays a gray screen

I have had my fitbit versa 2 almost a year and a half. It started not receiving notifications, not syncing, not reading 02 scores, not reading heart rate, then the next day not counting steps and then boom My screen randomly stopped working and went black. Now we have gotten screen to come back and it still is not counting steps, reading heart rate, or even allowing me to move the screen to other apps. I have done everything to fix it. Including restarting, restoring it, cleaning out light sensor, checking for updates. Literally have done everything to try and fix it.. The screen is now grey and doesnt do anything. I sadly cannot replace it right now, it'll be a while before I'll be able too. Just want to see if there is anything I am missing that it could possibly be... Ive taken well care of my watch, there isnt even a scratch on my screen! What did I do wrong? What can I do to fix it??
