I'm trying to set up my Versa 2 for the first time, but it says "data not cleared sync & try again". How do I do this?

Hi @MasterJK Try doing a Factory Reset on your Versa 2 and then try set up again. If it still shows the message then either return it to the store you bought it from or contact Customer Support
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
