Versa 2 not syncing day and week day

My Versa 2 Will not synchronize the day of the month and the week. It’s  always off
By two days

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please elaborate a bit more? Is your Versa 2 not syncing all the information that's tracked? For example, you used your device 5 days but after you sync it, only 3 days were synced? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which phone are you using with your Versa 2? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and troubleshoot the app following the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
