Versa 2 not syncing sleep times accurately

Versa 2 giving me a problem with ‘sleep’ App! He stop calculating carefully  how many hours I sleep in the night, and it marks me that I woke up at the exact moment I logged into the phone application in the morning, and not at the actual moment I woke up

Hi there @As22, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

If you haven't done so, please try the following:

  • Log out from the app
  • Turn off Bluetooth
  • Log in to the Fitbit app
  • Restart your Versa 2
  • Try syncing your sleep logs
