My versa 2 has not synced since 10.23.20. Over a week. I have followed all the troubleshooting tips without success. (Forcing the app to close, restarting my Versa 2, force shut down of my iPhone 7, discounting Bluetooth and reconnecting—even Fitbit has asked to pair them again with no change).
If I utilize the “exercise” function for my workout, it records on the watch, but that isn’t transferred to the app, and that information is lost. My daily steps are on my watch (I can look back over the week) but that doesn’t get to my app.
I just had an iOS update, so I hoped that would fix any glitch, but no.
The time on my watch no longer coordinates with my phone. Also my Versa 2 battery is running down rapidly. I charge my Fitbit daily while I shower, so the battery rarely goes below 75%. I haven’t charged it today, but it’s down to 48%.
Please help!

My Fitbit continues not to sync, and now my watch isn’t keeping time.
I have shut down my phone, closed the Fitbit app, disconnected from Bluetooth, deleted the Fitbit app, and nothing has made any changes.
Please advise how to proceed.
