My Versa 2 has had issues with syncing with my Android 8.1 and my iPad 7th Gen 14.7.1
and the issue appears to be in the pairing.
The Android used to have Versa Classic and Versa 2 ind the pairing,
NOW only has Versa 2.
Since this change in pairing, syncing is temporary at best on, I have tried every trick in the book.
Both devices ( Android and iPad) are up to date, Versa 2 firmware 35.72.1.15 and API is 3.45.1.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Irishtech and @Wannagoforawalk.
@Irishtech Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling. If you're using several devices for syncing, your watch is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps. You can confirm our complete troubleshooting tips in Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
@Wannagoforawalk I am sorry that you are going through the same situation. I was able to see that you have already contacted our Support team. Was not using both devices at the same time, when Android phone failed to sync multiple times, then tried it on the Ipad and the same thing happen, there was no interference because I turned off the blue tooth on the other device.
