Versa 2 not syncing with Samsung S6

Only synching I can find in settings on versa is for music. Settings on the phone occasionally show Versa, but say access denied.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I tried all that. No change. Still won't synch with my phone.

I have also tried all the troubleshooting options, and my Versa 2 won't sync with my Galaxy S20.

Ich kann es mir nicht vorstellen... ich kann keine uhr grade mit der app verbinden... weder die versa 2 noch die versa 3...

Nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting for a useful response. Would a newer Android phone be more likely to pair? Is anyone there? Hello?

The S6 phone has been replaced by an S20. I sincerely hoped that would solve the problem. It didn't . whenever I try to pair, I get a  pop-up saying that an ap is needed. I've installed every pertinent ap I can find. I've done everything I was told by Ricardo, and yet I sit here weeks later, so frustrated I could scream. Someone please respond!
