Versa 2 not syncing with app and loses time

Can anyone help please. My versa 2 keeps losing time. I’ve tried syncing to my phone but it won’t sync. So I’ve tried resetting it but that makes no difference.

Hi @Anita1968 - First thing to do is restart Both phone and watch, then have a look at  Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

When you sync the watch it normally sets the time. As it should be able to sync often you wouldn't normally notice a time loss. But there is no obligation to sync regularly.

A good watch won't need regular syncing and still won't lose time - if it's under warranty and loses time between syncs it may need replacing where you bought it..
