Versa 2 not syncing with my phone

Having issues with syncing my versa 2, Bluetooth is switched on. I’ve tried reinstalling the device but now it won’t let me it says Bluetooth can’t find it even though the device is paired up. Getting a bit frustrated as it was working fine yesterday
