Versa 2 not tracking accurate miles

I completed a 7 mile walk my versa 2 only logged it as 4.2 miles. I have the most recent update for android.

Hi @MissyJoy28, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not tracking miles accurately. By the way, thank you for letting us know that your phone has the most recent app version.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance traveled. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
