Versa 2 not tracking active minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Versa 2 since the beginning of January and have always loved it. I recently noticed that it will not track my active minutes - specifically active minutes that I log directly on my watch. For example, if I start an activity (i.e. workout) and end the exercise some days I will get active minutes for the exact time recorded and other days I will get 0 active minutes, no matter how long the activity. This happened once with over 1.5 hours of physical activity and was not tracked at all as active minutes, but the exercise was recorded in the app. I cannot seem to understand why it is doing this.

Having something tracked as a workout does not guarantee it will get active minutes.

Active minutes are awarded for a certain level of intensity maintained for at least 10 minutes continuously.  It could be your heart rate was not high enough, or it was not maintained at that level for 10 minutes continuously.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
