I’ve notice that my versa 2 is not tracking all of my steps and miles that I’m walking every day. It’s always off anywhere from 300-500 steps. I’ve compared this by my own counting and I also compared it to my health app on my iPhone and the Pacer App. The Pacer App & my iPhone are always the exact count. I called Fitbit today and they have the nerve to tell me not to compare the device with other apps. But when I’m comparing it to my own count and it off then the Rep comes back with “ we found your FitBit to be working properly as we only guarantee 90% accuracy! At that some bull! I will never but another Fitbit. This Versa 2 has not been able to do hardly any of the things they claim it can do.
