Versa 2 not tracking anything but steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

my versa 2 just stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep as of January 6th. I've cleaned it reset it let the battery die then fully charge it and nothing. I still get my texts and emails and it tracks my steps and that's it. Should I assume it's done working. I pay for Fitbit premium and theirs absolutely no reason to if it's not tracking anything but my steps. Please help!

I can't even get to these settings. Where do I go to get to this?

I can’t seem to find that either and I’m having the same issue.

Sorry for being so brief; I was just on my way to bed.

I wondered if 'Heart Rate' is turned off in you 'Settings'.  From main clock face, scroll right (swipe left) through apps; one of them will be Settings; tap that and scroll down to 'Heart Rate'.

Yes I tried that.  It’s not registering my heart rate or sleep.  It seems to be a common thread with some on this forum that their Versa stopped tracking sleep and heat rate around the beginning of January.  I wonder if Fitbit updated something that messed things up?  I am kind of disappointed if this isn’t the case as I have had a couple of Fitbits that have mysteriously stopped working.

First you said you can't find that, then you say you already tried it.  Pardon me for wondering how you already tried something that you can't find.

Mine recently quit too. I tried all the troubleshooting tips and was talking with fitbit help whom had me go through everything again as well.  I then got disconnected. The green light on the back of mine isn't working.
