Versa 2 not tracking distance accurately

I have just purchased a Versa 2 but it appears to be inaccurate. 
it logged my run today as over 6km when it was actually under 5k. Can anyone help, considering sending it back.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not tracking your distance accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device calculates your distance traveled. After this, monitor your watch for the next workout and see if the distance is accurately.
