Versa 2 not tracking distance accurately

Hi,

 

My versa 2 appears to have given up trying to track distance accurately. I have used my strava app to also track some runs and over a 5k distance the watch is nearly 1.5k less. 

 

When i try to record a bike ride I'm lucky if its records 5k over 2hours of riding.

 

I log into fitbit and sync directly before I do any sessions but it has zero impact on its accuracy.

 

This morning I tracked with the watch and the app and the same run comes out over .5k different. The inconsistency is awful and unless their is some sort of fix for this I'll be forced to buy another watch as there isnt any point having a fitness watch that doesnt accurately track my fitness.

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
