Same 2 mile lunchtime walk i have been doing for months measured 2.5 miles today. And mapping stopped after the most recent tracker update. Frustrated with these reoccurring problems! What is up with that...Do I need to get a warranty exchange ?

Hi @Coffmansusan5, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Are you tracking the Walk activity directly from the shortcuts or with the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo,
My phone is a Samsung S9. And the factory installed fitness app has accurate distance and mapping. So I know my GPS isn't the issue.
I have had distance and mapping issues since i got the watch in February 2020. It seems with every tracker update something new goes wrong. And no amount of restarting changes anything.. After one update in the Spring time the distance was spot on for a couple months; along with the map. The update i installed in September screwed up the distance again. And now no maps. And this "in zone" thing seems to be the new focus...but not for me. That info is useless to me. Also sometimes the auto start for exercise doesn't pick up the exercise. So i mostly start the exercise on the watch. I went on a 10 mile mountain bike ride over the weekend and nothing was tracked! But my phone auto picked up time, distance and map.
I think it is time to warranty this watch. Highly frustrated.
