I received the versa 2 as a mothers day gift it worked perfectly up until last Saturday. Now it doesn't calculate my distances properly. I know because I'm a regular at the track n know how many miles there are..also a 5 k workout video I have done many times only tracked 2.2 miles. Am I doing something wrong??

Did you update you firmware on Saturday? I've noticed mine is not tracking distance correctly since the update. I took a 3 mile walk on Saturday and it didn't register any of it. My phone tracked it no problem.

Yes I did I didnt even think about that. Do you know if a fix will come out?

my phone also tracked thats how I knew the difference but I sync my versa to weight watchers so my fit points won't be accurate. Thats what makes me mad..lol 😆

Unfortunately the responses from Fitbit have not been encouraging that they will fix this via software update anytime soon. They are treating this is user error, asking us to shut off the "smart" features of the watch to extend the battery life.
