Versa 2 not tracking during the night

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 has recently stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep during the night. My heart rate shows as occasional lines with large gaps while I'm asleep I've tried restarting a few times, and making sure the strap is tight and sensors clean. I don't have this problem while I'm awake.

@Thurkel , A warm welcome to the Community! thank you for your message and efforts.

When you go to sleep do you put the Versa 2 on sleep mode, from the quick settings?
As you try to tighten the strap, please make sure that you can pass an index finger between the sensor and your skin without much resistance.

In the meantime please charge the Versa 2 for at least 30 minutes.
Remove it from the charging cable.
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
The Versa 2 should then restart.

Just to see if the position could affect the heart rate readings: try wearing the Versa 2 on the other wrist or turn it to the back side of your original wrist (only for sleeping) . Here the heart rate readings are easier to track.

Let us know how it goes
