My versa is not tracking my heart rate for my entire work out. For example a few days ago I had it on for an entire 45 minute workout and because it only read my heart rate sporadically, it said I worked out for, I think, 18 minutes. I had an issue with my first one. Sent it toFitbit a month later I finally got a new one and it’s doing the same thing. During that month,  I was using my friends old charge to and there was no problem with reading the heart rate for the entire work out.
