Versa 2 not tracking excercise and now Alexa not working

Any reason as to why this is happening? Have done factory reset a number of time's, logged in and out of fitbit and amazon account, rebooted phone, all apps up to date and still not working?

To try to resolve these issues, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Please make sure that you are following our instructions to track your exercises and to set up Alexa.

 

If this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:

 

- Do you have difficulties when recording your exercises automatically or manually?

- Do you see any error? You can attach a screenshot.

- What happens when you try to interact with Alexa?

 

Please let us know if you have any question.

So this worked at first but its happening all over again, only this time the above has not worked?

To address this issue better, I would appreciate if you provide me with the information requested above and also please tell me if you are having difficulties to track your exercises and/or to use Alexa?

so basically it every couple of days it will stop tracking activities, like this morning ( see attached) it will work again tomorrow or thursday and then stop again in a couple of days, regards Alexia, i have it saved for daily reminders, worked everyday last week but not the last two days.

According to the information provided, this behavior sounds more related to not syncing than not tracking your exercises. I would recommend following these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues. If this doesn't help, please tell me does the Fitbit app show the same information?

 

Regarding Alexa, please visit this article, open the menu "What should I do if my voice assistant doesn’t work on my Fitbit smartwatch?" and follow the instructions.

Sent from my GalaxyI have done all of the above and still the same, done all kind of updates on phone and app where possible, synced to a new phone and still only showing some activities, at this stage im just going to try another brand of watch as i had trouble with previous charge 2 watch so upgraded to this versa 2 but i appreciate all your help thanks
