The other day my watch stopped showing my heart rate so I reset it and then it started working again. I noticed a few hours later that it had stopped working again and I wasn’t receiving any notifications. Since my heart rate, sleep, and notifications won’t work. I tried making sure heart rate was on, restarting, unpairing, and resetting to factory settings and nothing has worked.

What is your app version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
And what is your watch version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Firmware Version at the top |

the app version is 3.36 (1013(
and the watch version is 72.1.9
